The service
Agent Workflow Reliability is a manual, advisory reliability review for one authorized repository and one named coding-agent workflow. It is not automated monitoring.
Your authority and responsibility
You must own or be authorized to submit the named scope. You remain responsible for validating and applying every recommendation or patch.
Access boundary
We will not request credentials, run workflows, push or merge changes, modify repository settings, rotate secrets, administer your organization, or retain persistent write access.
Monthly limits
The scope includes up to four manual checks, one remediation unit, and at most 5 founder delivery hours per month. A remediation unit is either one customer-applied workflow-only patch or business-hours incident triage capped at 2 founder hours. Unused capacity does not roll over.
No guarantee
The service is not a security warranty, penetration test, compliance attestation, service-level agreement, or 24/7 incident service. We do not guarantee vulnerability discovery, uninterrupted operation, incident resolution, cost savings, or any particular security outcome.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time by emailing support@agentworkflowreliability.com from the account email address, or through the Stripe customer portal from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. Service access continues through that date. No prorated refund is issued for an unused portion of the current month.
Report a duplicate charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, or another billing error within 14 days of the charge. If confirmed, we refund the affected charge to the original payment method. Other payments are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Cancellation does not automatically delete account data; deletion is handled through the separate process in the Privacy notice.

The operating contact for service, billing, privacy, and deletion is support@agentworkflowreliability.com. This is a founder-operated service and does not provide 24/7 response or an emergency channel.
Current payment state
Stripe live mode is configured, but checkout is disabled. No new checkout can be started through this application. Enrollment remains closed until launch verification and the legal-review decision are complete.
